Dr. Melinda Hudson

Ms. Tan Ivery

Dr. Melinda Hudson brings deep expertise in early childhood and special education with extensive experience interpreting IEPs, 504 plans, and comprehensive evaluations. She partners with families as a trusted parent supporter, helping them confidently navigate special education systems and understand their rights and options. Within the firm, Dr. Hudson also supports professional development initiatives, equipping educators and leaders with practical strategies to better serve diverse learners and strengthen inclusive practices.

Dr. Blair Lemmond is a detail-oriented instructional leader who helps educators develop the tools, habits, and mindsets needed to drive sustainable growth and improved student outcomes. Her expertise sits at the intersection of instructional leadership, curriculum alignment, and systems-level coaching, with a strong emphasis on data-informed decision-making.

Within the firm she supports schools by strengthening standards alignment, lesson planning, curriculum mapping, pacing guides, and achievement targets to ensure instruction is purposeful, rigorous, and responsive to student needs. With a strong foundation in early literacy and foundational learning, Dr. Lemmond brings deep insight into how instructional practices shape student development and long-term academic success. Her sessions equip educators with strategies that translate directly into stronger instructional practice and meaningful student growth.

Ms. Lena Wright

Ms. Lena Wright brings a strong blend of academic rigor, practical classroom experience, and data-driven instruction to Math curriculum and instruction. Known for her analytical mindset, she supports educators in using student data to inform planning, monitor progress, and strengthen instructional practices. Within the firm she supports schools by providing targeted professional development for teachers and instructional leaders in mathematics, focusing on standards-based instruction, effective lesson planning, and data-informed decision-making. Her sessions are engaging math learning environments that lead to measurable student success.

Ms. Tan Ivery is a dedicated educational leader and lifelong educator with expertise in curriculum and instruction, emphasizing ELA and literacy development. Ms. Ivery drives strong classroom instructional practices, fostering a positive and inclusive school culture and climate, and building high-performing, collaborative teams. Within the firm Ms. Ivery uses data analysis to drive informed decision-making and strategic problem-solving, while coaching and supporting teachers to enhance ELA/Literacy instruction and improve student outcomes.  Her sessions are hands on and sure to build professional capacity.
